This stuff is great. I found out about it at my massage therapist's office. It's very slick but not overly so that you can't guide your hands properly. I use it to massage my legs and it's awesome. Great glide. Also used it to give my son a back massage when he worked out too much and it worked great. Best massage creme I've ever used. I highly recommend and would definitely buy this again.

Great massage lotion for feet and hands esp. 16 oz. seems like alot but I would buy the gallon instead!
